65 years of Innovation: Roser unveils its artificial vision system at IFFA

65 years growing alongside the meat industry

Roser Group celebrates 65 years of experience as a provider of industrial solutions for the food industry. To mark this anniversary, the company will once again take part in IFFA, the leading international trade fair for the meat sector, where it will showcase its latest technological innovations focused on efficiency, safety and automation.

Artificial vision as an ally for control and efficiency

One of the main highlights of Roser Group’s presence at IFFA will be its new artificial vision system applied to product control, developed to optimise the classification of meat pieces. This solution allows for real-time analysis of parameters such as colour, size, texture, and shape, enabling automated classification with greater precision and reduced manual intervention.

The integration of this technology with robotic systems ensures greater consistency in the final product, improves overall line performance, and minimises the risk of contamination.

Redesigned processing equipment for enhanced performance

Roser Group will also present a selection of its redesigned processing equipment, developed to streamline daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and functionality. The stand will feature:

  • The PA160C grinder, designed for uniform mincing and easy cleaning.
  • The AV500E mixer, engineered to preserve the product's integrity during mixing.
  • The CT300 cutter, optimised for quick cleaning and high-efficiency operation.

Industrial hygiene as a strategic priority

Hygiene remains one of the cornerstones of Roser Group’s technological offering. At IFFA, the company will showcase new developments such as the Sanieco WD sanitary station with Dyson Wash & Dry tap, an upgraded boot washer, and an autonomous handwashing station, all designed to enhance ergonomics, cleanability and operational maintenance.

In addition to these new developments, updated versions of some of the company’s most established hygiene systems will also be presented, including the MHS-5 LB1200, Duomans Plus, and Sanicompact Plus 9KJ hygiene stations, all of which have been refined to meet today’s demands for hygiene, durability and efficiency.
